Disneyland!

I thought this spring break was going to be pretty run of the mill, trying to find ways to keep the kids busy, but Dixons called and told us they wanted to take us to Disneyland!!  Wahoo!  Jana drove down on a Tuesday and brought these cute Hawaiian outfits for the kids that she got on her recent trip to Hawaii.  They almost look like natives . . .

Wednesday morning we were off!  Unfortunately Parker didn't get to come with us, but we did have a good trip driving with grandma!  By the 6th hour we were all more than ready to be out of the car, but it was all worth it when we saw the Disneyland sign!

We met up with grandpa, who had driven from Las Vegas, and then we were off!

Dumbo was the first pick of course :)

Then on to the carousel!

And let's not forget the tea cups!

 We watched the parade that night and grandma had fun glow sticks for the kids!

 The next day we got to go to California Adventure and see Cars Land!  It was totally awesome of course.  We all loved the "Mater's Tractors" ride.

We all have ways of entertaining ourselves while waiting in line.  Parker's son liked to do pull ups :)

For our last day, we were back in Disneyland and needed to do the carousel again.  It's always a winner.  Sam also got his first Mickey ears.  Jeremiah, Lily and I went on Star Tours (which they loved!)  and then Jeremiah got to build his own light saber!  He was pretty much in Star Wars heaven.

Our last night at Disneyland.  We had so much fun!  We made lots of great memories!  Thank you Mom and Dad for totally spoiling us!

Parker had only one request.  He wanted us to bring him back a Mickey carmel apple.  I was happy to oblige, and he was happy to share :)
